The beef we use is sourced from local suppliers who use beef reared in Lancashire and Yorkshire, so that you can be sure you are getting the best British beef that has been raised on natural grass from farms in the north of England.

Our butchers are proud of the quality of our beef, and to ensure its flavour we hang our beef for a minimum of 28 days. Maturing the beef tenderises the meat, making it a pleasure to eat.
